INFLXD builds financial-transcription infrastructure used by regulated buyers. Our public-sector pipeline across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK is growing faster than we can respond to it.

This is a contractor role, part-time to start and scoped around live opportunities, with a clear path to full-time as the pipeline scales.

What you'll do

  • Monitor SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, AusTender, NZ GETS, UK Find a Tender and Contracts Finder to surface live opportunities
  • Screen tenders against our ICP and bid/no-bid criteria, filtering out poor fits before they consume effort
  • Write compliant, persuasive responses that address every evaluation criterion, hit word limits and assemble required attachments
  • Manage submission timelines, portal logistics and document packaging so nothing slips
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research and drafting, then personally fact-check and edit every word before submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, legal and finance to pull in technical detail, pricing inputs and supporting evidence

Must have

  • Demonstrable track record finding and winning government/public-sector tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs or ITTs
  • Direct experience in at least one of US, Canadian, Australian, NZ or UK public procurement
  • Excellent written English with the judgement to make dense technical material land as clear and compelling
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines and make sound bid/no-bid calls
  • Fluent with AI writing/research tools and disciplined about editing their output rather than shipping it raw

Nice to have

  • Tech or legal bid experience — SaaS, AI, data, court reporting or related technology services
  • Familiarity with procurement frameworks or panels in our target markets
  • Experience with compliance-sensitive or financial-services-adjacent buyers
